Podcasts
This past semester, I took a class in podcasting and sound production at the University of Virginia taught by renowned podcast producer, Elliot Majerczyk. Under Professor Majerczyk's tutelage, I worked in the Robertson Media Center sound studio to interview participants before editing and combining interview content using the applications Hindenburg Pro and Audacity. I edited and produced a total of four short podcasts for this class, and have since created several of my own podcast episodes.

Photography
I was gifted a canon camera from my parents on my 16th birthday. Since then, I have dragged my Rebel T7 camera with me across the country to attend university and across the world in my many travels. As much as I love to express myself through words, photography captures life through color, lighting and contrast in a way that words often cannot. I hope this gallery gives you a glimpse into how I see the beautiful world around me.

2021 - 2025
Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies | University of Virginia
Graduating from U.Va. in May of 2025, I earned a degree in Media Studies in the Distinguished Program with two minors in Government and Psychology. I received high distinction for my 70-page thesis on the evolution of the all-American family as represented by television family sitcoms from the pre-feminist period of the 1960s to the present-day postfeminist era. In order to write this thesis, I obtained CITI Certification and IRB approval to conduct a dozen independent interviews to assess how the semiotic construction of the word family has changed on both a social and legal level while also analyzing 13 shows and utilizing over 80 scholarly sources. I earned Dean's List for each of my semesters at the University, obtaining an overall GPA of 3.87.
